G&M Neuerscheinung: Bunnahabhain Vintage 2006/2015 – mit Tasting Notes
Frisch in Deutschland eingetroffen ist eine neue Vintage-Abfüllung von Gordon & MacPhail: Bunnahabhain Vintage 2006/2015. Dies ist der Nachfolger vom Vorjährigen Jahrgang 2005/2014 (Bunnahabhain Vintage 2005/2014).
Diese Abfüllung gehört zur „Macphail’s“ Serie, die eigens nach Anforderungen von G&M destilliert und in eigene Fässer gefüllt werden. Die Fässer werden dann entweder in den Lagerhäusern der Destillerie oder in denen von G&M gelagert.

Original Tasting Notes
- Colour: Pale Gold.
- Nose: Delicate Sherry influences mingle with toasted malt and orange citrus aromas. Hints of mango, apricot and fresh gooseberry are complemented by a subtle rose water note.
- Palate: Rich orange zest flavours combine with ripe banana and kiwi. Roasted hazelnut and milk chocolate complement delicate bonfire embers on the tongue.
With water
- Nose: Fresh green apples, orange zest and cocoa powder aromas initially. A subtle floral jasmine note develops, complemented by peach and a lingering menthol edge.
- Palate: Peppery initially with kiwi and subtle lemon citrus flavours, complemented by a delicate cigar ash edge.
- Body: Light.
- Finish: Medium and creamy.
