Der ein oder andere hat vielleicht schon mal von Georgie gehört oder sie vielleicht sogar schon getroffen. Bisher war Georgie „Miss Mortlach“ bei Diageo. Nun mit neuem Arbeitgeber.

Tasting: Ardbeg Fermutation

Da ist er: Ardbeg Fermutation. Jackie hatte ihn bereits während des AGM 2021 im Oktober angekündigt. Der Ardbeg mit der längsten Fermentation aller Zeiten. Denn im Gegensatz zu den bei Ardbeg üblichen 72 Stunden, hat dieser eine Fermentationszeit von 3 Wochen (ca. 500 Stunden). Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das bei einem 13-jährigen Single Malt noch bemerkbar macht.
